Eligibility and Mission

Participants are accepted on a case-by-case basis after a doctor's report is filled out and an admission interview is completed.

Participants must be declared free from any communicable diseases by their physician before admission into the program.

The Care Club accepts participants who may require assistance in self-care and supervision. We accommodate people with Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke victims, related dementias or memory disorders.
